Rental Rates

Rooms

Standard rates per hour
Minimum 4 hour rental
Saville Kitchen $50
Jacob Foyer $50
Coleman Auditorium $100
Dressing Rooms $25
Howell Conference Room $50
Mohr Mezzanine $75
Classrooms Downstairs $25
Outdoor Amphitheater $75
BBQ Area $75

All day wedding includes the whole building for $5,000 rental fee,
$750 deposit for cleaning, docents & etc.




Notes:

  • Set up and breakdown on days other than rental day & time
    will be charged standard rental rates.

  • Events after 4pm: $25 per hour staff fee
    ($20 per hour for non-profits)

  • Additional costs for guests over 100:
    • up to 150: $50
    • 151 - 200: $100
    • 201 - 250: $150

  • Non-profit organizations receive a discount as follows:
    • 50% discount Sunday - Thursday
    • 30% discount Friday
    • 10% discount Saturday
