All day wedding includes the whole building for $5,000 rental fee, $750 deposit for cleaning, equipment rental, staff, etc.

Notes: Set up and breakdown on days other than rental day & time will be charged standard rental rates. Events after 4pm: $25 per hour staff fee ($20 per hour for non-profits) Additional costs for guests over 100: up to 150: $50 151 - 200: $100 201 - 250: $150 Non-profit organizations receive a discount as follows: 50% discount Sunday - Thursday 30% discount Friday 10% discount Saturday
