Wild Moments, Wild Places, with Ralph Lee Hopkins One of the best ways to take your nature photography to the next level is by discovering your passion. When you discover your passion and what in nature you love to photograph the most, you will develop your own unique vision and photographic style.

One of the best ways to discover your passion is by adopting a project all your own. Whether it's photographing flowers and butterflies in your own backyard, macro subjects in tide pools along the rocky coast, or moody landscapes, being focused on a particular project or goal will help you develop your vision.

This workshop is designed to help you discover you passion by encouraging you to adopt your own project. Students are asked to bring 5 images to class from a new or ongoing personal project, or simply a sequence of images. Ideally the work should be shot within the past 12 months and follow a theme that interests you. During the workshop we will work together shooting, editing, and critiquing to build on your portfolio.
