Dinner at Six

Planning for Dinner at Six 2008 is underway. Chairmen for 2008 dinners are Jim Grenwelge, Pete Faconti, Ben Klagenberg, Paddy Batchelder and Sita Milchev. Mark your calendars noting that the five dinners are Tuesday, February 26, Tuesday, April 22, Wednesday, June 25, Wednesday, August 27 and Wednesday October 22. The dinners are at 6:00 p.m.

Sorry we couldn't have all the dinners on the same night of the week due to Gualala Arts schedule. Please be reminded that as a participant in Dinner at Six each member is expected to:

• Contribute to the success of each event by accepting responsibility for some aspect of the dinner when the group to which they are assigned is hosting the dinner. This may include menu planning, cooking, shopping, serving, graphics, table decorations and etc.
• Notify their group chairperson should they not be able to support the host activities and accept a transfer to another group to support hosting when they are available.
• The donation for each dinner will be $25.00 per person. In an effort to more closely estimate the amount of food to purchase you will be asked if you plan to attend. You will be given a cancellation date. If you find it necessary to cancel after the cancellation date you will be asked to pay for the dinner.
• Please respond by e-mail or return the tear-off section of this letter prior to Dec. 31, 2007 (Mail to Gualala Arts, Dinner at Six, PO Box 244 Gualala.) Once membership is established, members will be randomly assigned to host teams, you will be notified of your teams and the dinner date.

We welcome any comments or suggestions regarding any aspect of the Dinner at Six Program. It is our desire to continue to provide an enjoyable experience for all members.

We ask you to invite a friend, a neighbor or anyone you think might like to be a part of this worthwhile Gualala Arts event. Tell them to call the Arts Center or one of us: Ben Klagenberg, Jim Grenwelge, Pete Faconti, Paddy Batchelder and Sita Milchev.

The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Gualala Road in Gualala, CA,
is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
